These terms govern your use of We Buy Any Bike and the sale of your motorbike to MotoGB Ltd (trading as We Buy Any Bike), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 03989635, VAT number 153 377 993), with its registered office at Fairclough House, Church Street, Adlington, Chorley, PR7 4EX. By requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotes and offers

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide about your motorbike. Your final offer is confirmed by a member of our team and is valid for 7 days, provided the bike matches the description given.

2. Accuracy of information

You confirm that all information provided about your motorbike (mileage, condition, MOT status, etc.) is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the bike differs materially from its description upon inspection at collection.

3. Ownership

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the motorbike, or are authorised to sell it on the owner's behalf, and that it is free from any outstanding finance, unless disclosed to us in advance.

4. Collection

Collection is arranged free of charge at a mutually agreed time. You are responsible for ensuring the motorbike is accessible and that you (or an authorised representative) are present to hand it over, provide proof of identity and ownership, and receive payment confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to an account in your name on the day of collection, once the motorbike has been inspected and confirmed to match its description. The time for funds to clear depends on your bank.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your quote or withdraw from a sale at any time prior to collection, free of charge and without obligation.

7. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information. All content, branding and design on this website are owned by or licensed to MotoGB Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
